Is there a weight limit?


Our poles are made from marine grade stainless steel with high quality fittings and bearings. They are permanently secured to the concrete ceiling and floor. They are regularly inspected and maintained.




What are Open Pole Sessions?


Open Pole is a self guided open practice time. The pole studio will be open for students to train the skills they learned in class.We have a multimedia setup for students to connect their phone to play music. There is no formal instruction during this time. There will not be an instructor present to spot or assist with new moves during this time.




I have no pole dance experience. Where should I start?


We offer Intro/Beginner classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have a drop-in class at 6pm on Tuesday. We offer 3 week series classes at 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday. The drop-in class is $25 when you book online and the series is $65.




I am slipping off the pole a lot. What can I do to help?


You should NOT wear ANY lotion on your hands and legs the day of your pole class. Sweating will release the lotion back to the surface, and you will be sliding off the pole. We also offer pole grip aids for purchase at the front desk.




Do I have to share a pole?


Pink Cherry Pole and Dance Studio has 6 poles in our pole studio. In classes with more than 5 participants, students will share poles.




I have no upper body strength. Will I be able to take a pole class?


No Upper Body Strength, No Problem! Our job is to help you grow stronger. We help our students gain the strength and fitness level required to properly and safely execute pole skills. By attending classes, students will develop a stronger upper body, a stronger core, and overall improved fitness.
